As an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience in security technology operations, he has honed his skills in designing and transforming enterprise environments to counter a broad range of threats, foreign and domestic. With a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to strategically important clients, he is well-suited to lead Castle Technology Group into the future.
Prior to founding the organization, he spent 15 years as a chief architect and special security advisor supporting the Department of State. He has also held key positions within the Department of Defense and other agencies. His quality-driven leadership and international expertise have earned him consistent recognition as a leader in his field. With an firm commitment to excellence, strategic vision, and exceptional communication skills, he is poised to drive growth and success as one of the founders.

President
Sig Capolupo is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving rapid change and improving team performance through strategic leadership. Based in Singapore, he brings extensive expertise in global operations, construction, and project management, and is a recognized tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of agile methods.
As a former Program Manager, Sig has led multiple global cross-functional teams of over 100 members and has contributed to high-budget projects. He takes a holistic approach to business, focusing on communication, growth, learning, and believes in the power of trust, loyalty, and faith to create a strong team culture. With his vast knowledge, diverse experience, and intuitive business mindset, Sig is a highly sought-after leader who is committed to driving innovation and creating value for Castle Technology Groups clients and partners.
